We recognise that, for most people, car maintenance can be an inconvenient chore. So, we want make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible for you.
Delivering your car to the dealer can be daunting. You have no idea who is working on your pride and joy, whether they are suitably qualified.... or if they are doing what you have asked (and are paying for).
And then there is the dreaded phone call from the receptionist telling you that your car needs lots more work. You are at their mercy because you aren't there to view it yourself. And the person on the phone isn’t a mechanic and can't give any further explanation other than the writing on the job sheet.
When you use WA Euro, any issues with your car can be discussed as they arise. If you have a question, ask it? If I say your brake pads are worn out, i can show you.
There is absolute transparency and no chain of information to confuse matters.

Owner and operator of WA Euro. I have 20 years experience in the motor trade working on European cars.
I Started my own business in 2011 providing a specialist European mobile mechanic service that I felt was needed in Perth. There seemed to be no real alternative to the dealership for quality service and repairs and I felt that the people of Perth deserved to have more choice.
Since I started WA Euro, in 2011, we have been providing our clients with the highest quality service and advice for their vehicles.
We offer expert service, supported by a wealth of knowledge and absolute transparency that our customers can rely on.
They show their appreciation by returning to us time, and time again.
WA Euro is the business you can trust to give you the advice you need and the service you expect.
We proudly treat every car that enters our workshop as if it were our own.
I have always had a passion for cars and when the time came, I got myself an apprenticeship with Land Rover UK where I gained an NVQ level 3 in motor vehicle servicing and repair. The Land Rover Modern Apprenticeship program is still regarded as the best program in Europe, where instead of training a day here and there, training was at the manufacturer's own training centre for one or two weeks at a time.
After 5 years I took some time out to travel but still continued to work in car dealerships along my way.
On my return I became a service adviser at a local Audi dealer where i was the first point of contact for car owners visiting the dealership. In this position i was able to hone my diagnostic skills further. A large part of my job was to carry out diagnostics and repairs to get customers back on the road quicker. This left the workshop to continue uninterupted with general servicing and repairs.
My next position was at Mercedes Benz as a service and diagnostics technician using the latest technologies on some of the worlds best cars.
From here I was offered a technician position at Renault in Wanneroo, Western Australia. I remained here until the dealer closed to merge with another Perth Renault dealer.
Before I started my own business, I spent some very satisfying years working with my favourite brand....Volkswagen. My first car was a VW and I'm sure my last will also be one. To date, I have owned 17 VWs and currently still own 3. My garage is ever changing.....
Since starting my own business I have had to draw on all my training and experience to exceed my customer's expectations. I had become frustrated with the way that dealerships treat their customers and now find it extremely satisfying to offer a service that I feel comfortable with and that my customers trust.
A good friend of mine once told me "a happy customer will tell 2 people.....an unhappy customer will tell 20 people!". As a small business owner, The best way to fuel my business is through positive reviews and word of mouth. This is reflected in my work every day.
